We love Houston.

At enTouch, we are proud to be a Houston-based, Houston-focused company. As such, a key corporate value is to be on site in our communities, interacting with our customers, gaining a firsthand understanding of needs, and strengthening community bonds. After the hurricane, we couldn’t have been more proud to see everybody in our great city doing the same. Sadly, the effect of Hurricane Harvey to the city we call home has devastated us all. But we are Houston Strong, and over the past month, we have devoted ourselves to helping our customers get back on their feet.

As we close out the year, we will be doing everything we can to help our customers recover. At the same time, we are excited about what we are doing to make all of our customers’ lives easier, more convenient, and a lot more fun. We’ve launched 115 new HD channels, are in the midst of our Docsis 3.1 upgrade which will allow many customers to get Gig Internet service, are installing redundant routes to prevent outages when a third party cuts your line, and so much more.Individually, we can accomplish so much.
